Marina is the founder and heart behind Balensa Movement Studio. Her lifelong passion for movement and holistic health inspired her to create Balensa as a space where people can move with purpose, train mindfully, and feel more connected to their bodies. With over 20 years of experience — from rhythmic gymnastics and choreography to stretching and fitness coaching, Marina brings both expertise and care to every class. She has developed a unique approach that blends technique with mindfulness, designed to support athletes, dancers, and anyone looking to grow stronger, freer, and more confident in their movement. At Balensa, Marina’s greatest joy is helping students discover their potential, find balance, and experience the strength, control, and freedom that come from moving with awareness.
