We offer both in-person and online flexibility, mobility and strength programs designed to help you achieve your goals and unlock your body's full potential. Meet Marina

The founder, guiding force,
and soul of Balensa Movement.

Driven by a passion for movement and holistic health, Marina created FLEXFIT LAB as a space where individuals can improve flexibility, mobility, and strength. Her programs are tailored for athletes, dancers, and anyone seeking physical growth — with a strong focus on personal attention and support.

Marina is the founder of FLEXFIT LAB, bringing over 20 years of experience in movement and bodywork. Her journey includes professional rhythmic gymnastics, coaching, choreography, stretching, and fitness training.
